Some things are worth bragging about! I met some friends for lunch at Saffron's Bakery downtown today. --If you haven't been there and live close by try it. They have the best desserts!!--I was early so I decided to go into ludens to see if I could find something for when Ladson got home. I walked in and noticed there was hardly nothing in the store. I didn't think much of it so I left and had lunch. I mentioned at lunch about the store and they told me that they are going out of business. This store has been in Charleston since 1867! We had a pedicure day after lunch but was early so all of us girls went back in to the store. I asked if anything was on sale and the man said "yes everything is 30% off." I looked around and saw this jacket. I bought Ladson one two Christmas' ago which (thanks to the 15 month deployment) he has only worn about 2 times. I was talking to the guy and I bargained this jacket for 50% off. If you don't know about these they are great. They retail for $365. They NEVER go on sale.
On that note: Thank you to my husband for buying me a jacket. You are the bestest.
Now all I need is an oyster roast :) (I don't eat oysters but go for the beer) When I am not pregnant of course :)
