Apparently this guy didn't check the weather this morning. The high was 32 today and he is in shorts! I am not claiming to be a fashion expert but NO ONE should be wearing shorts in January unless you live in on a tropical island.Sorry it was so shaky. I was walking into Piggly Wiggly with Mary Reilly (who had three layers of clothing on) and didn't want him to see I was taking a picture of him. Oh just notice the lady in front of him. She is his wife. Notice the capri pants!
