This morning I finally got Mary Reilly to smile for the camera. I took me several attempts but since she is the good girl that she is she smiled. I tried to do this last week when she really started to smile alot but you know babies, they don't do things when you ask.
Next week Mary Reilly gets to go for her two month appointment. We haven't been to the doctors since she was two weeks old! At this appointment she gets her shots. It will be a very sad day for mommy! I don't know how I will do seeing my baby getting hurt and nothing I can do about it. I am very interested in seeing how much she weights. I was very concerned about her weight a couple of weeks ago since she was only breastfeeding and didn't look like she was gaining any weight. I have decided to supplement formula only when I got out. I just think it is easier and since I am all by myself easiest is best right now.
I have been VERY tired and I think people are starting to see it. I just can't wait until I can go home and have a break. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I can't do this, I am just doing this 24 hours a day. Most moms have a husband.
I am so glad I have Mary Reilly. I can't think of life without her. She changes every day. I thank god everyday I have my sweet baby girl.
